Managing the Learning
Classroom management is the most substantial part because it illustrates how the instructor utilizes various techniques to control and manage the learners in the classroom. For instance, using the classroom rules, classroom setup, routines, behavioral prompts. With these strategies, the educator and students have the opportunity to secure and appropriate environment for teaching and learning. Moreover, that assist teacher to reach her goals and follow the lesson plan on the right path without any obstacles.
Classroom Setup
I divided students into different groups based on their learning levels.
Reward chart
I used the reward chart to encourage students' participation and to control their behaviors.
Choosing the star of the week
Choosing the stars of the week was one of the strategies to help the learners to improve their performance and manage their behavior.
Set a group leader
I choose one leader for each group to manage them during the lesson and to support them to work collaboratively.
Instruction cards
These cards have used to remind students how they should behave inside the classroom.
Activity cards
There were a number of cards beside each group to give the learners the opportunity to choose which type of activity they are implementing.
